Configure loyalty

Open Loyalty to review the channel’s point settings, watch time and viewer balances. Decide what viewers earn before turning on rewards. Bloopbot loyalty points are separate from Twitch Channel Points.

Give viewers a way to check points

  1. Look in Flows for existing loyalty commands.
  2. If needed, install the Loyalty pack from + New flow.
  3. Review the Check points, Watch time, Leaderboard and Give points flows, including their command names and conditions.
  4. Enable the ones you want, then try !points, !watchtime and !top in chat.

Point adjustments should keep their moderator checks. Inspect an Add points or Remove points flow before enabling it.

Recognise regular viewers

Open Regulars to maintain the channel’s regular-viewer list. Use the Regulars-only command template, or add an Is a regular condition in your own flow, to give this group a special command.

Verify a reward

Use Test fire to inspect the connected reward action, then verify a real event and the resulting balance on Loyalty. Dry runs do not award real points. If a reward fires twice, inspect other enabled flows listening to the same trigger.
